How to use:
1. After applying your moisturizer, use upward motions to roll the jade roller or gua sha gently over your forehead, cheeks, and around the lip area and neck.
 
2. Close your eyes and roll gently over your eyelids if you have puffy eyes or bags under your eyes.
 
3. Use on face and neck for 5 to 10 minutes and 3 times a week to reduce lines and wrinkles.
